I used to occasionally play harmonica with friends' bands when I was starting to take photos, and usually had at least one harp in my camera bag. I had RL sign my harmonica case after the show where this pic was taken from. "Mr. Burnside," I said, "You don't know me, but I have a lot of jobs, and I'd give them all up to play harmonica in your band." Burnside, despite his bad hearing, grinned and said, "Stick around boy, you just might!" A beautiful moment, and one of the best shows in my life.
